An art historical and architectural assessment report will be prepared as a supporting document for the restoration project of the Seydişehir Muallimhane Mosque. The study will be carried out by Neoarch Studio under the scientific consultancy of Prof. Dr. Murat Karademir and will be submitted with his signature.
The restoration design and implementation processes are being undertaken by Ani Mimarlık. Neoarch Studio’s scope of services is limited exclusively to the research, documentation and preparation of the art historical and architectural assessment report.

The project involves the comprehensive redesign of the Develi 1912 Etiler Branch in line with the brand’s corporate identity, the existing architectural character of the building and contemporary restaurant design principles. The scope includes interior spatial arrangements, façade renovation, professional kitchen planning, service areas, VIP spaces, the bar area, accessibility solutions and technical infrastructure systems.
Developed through the collaboration of Neoarch Studio and MAAB Architecture under the consultancy of Prof. Dr. Murat Oral, the project aims to preserve Develi 1912’s long-established gastronomic heritage, strengthen the spatial quality and representational value of its Etiler Branch, enhance the overall guest experience and create a distinctive, functional and refined restaurant environment suited to the prestigious character of Etiler.
